Consulting Process

I will perform the following steps to assist you to comply with the regulation.

1.     Write and send you the letter that must be sent to the State informing them and your insurance carrier of your selection of a consultant. (No charge – this is not a consultant responsibility)

2.     Perform the loss analysis that is required by the State.

3.     Meet with management to perform the required audit of your efforts to provide a safe workplace and your accident investigation process.  Its’ a 12-section audit.

4.     Write the report of findings as prescribed by the State.

5.     Write and send you the letter that must be sent to the State and your carrier with my report. (No charge – this is not a consultant responsibility)

6.     Follow up with you as needed to assist with any recommendations that might be submitted.  (No charge – this is not a consultant responsibility)

I will begin work immediately and complete all aspects well within the State’s deadlines.
